Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and/or federal courts of the State of Utah, County of Salt Lake.
- Termination
- This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by you or Mandarin Designs, LLC. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Mandarin Designs, LLC also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly may deny you access to the Site, if in Mandarin Designs, LLC sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Mandarin Designs, LLC, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
- Purchasing terms & conditions
- By purchasing products from Mandarin Designs, LLC, you agree that the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Utah. You also agree that any legal or equitable claim against Mandarin Designs, LLC arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in the city, state, or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah. All products purchased from Mandarin Designs, LLC are F.O.B. at our business office. Title to the goods passes to you at the time of delivery by the business office to a common carrier. In addition, Mandarin Designs, LLC collects sales tax for items being shipped to Utah. Because we do not have a presence in any other state, we are not required to collect sales tax in those states.
