- What is your return/refund policy?
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any product purchases from Mandarin Designs, LLC and would like to return it, please e-mail us at customer-service@MandarinDesignsLLC.com or call us at (801) 528-6468
To get your refund, simply return your Mandarin Designs, LLC purchase to us, in its original condition and with your original purchase receipt/proof of purchase, within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Upon receipt of the returned item we will credit your account. However, the shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We do not issue refunds if the customer alters or damages the jewelry.
Please return your purchase via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Be sure to send it Return Receipt Requested. - Ordering
- How can I make changes to or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page or e-mail us at customer-service@MandarinDesignsLLC.com. We will determine whether the order has shipped. If it hasn't shipped, we will cancel your order and process the refund minus a 5% charge to cover the transactions fee we incur.
If your order has already shipped from our facilities, you will need to Return or Exchange the order. Please see our Refund/Exchange instructions above. - Payments & Security
